Who is Jet hayes?

Jet Hayes is a fine arts photographer, storyteller, and scholar. Born and raised in Orlando, Florida, he moved to Atlanta to attend Morehouse College. Rekindling his love for film photography, shortly after graduating with a B.A. in Sociology, he released his debut photo book “Thank You ATL #1”. Approached as his love letter to Atlanta, he examined the relationship between physical and social infrastructure.

With more than a decade of photography experience (Digital + Film) he seeks to translate his passion within each frame shot. Through his raw and expressive style, Jet Hayes aspires to push the boundaries of visual storytelling. Whether through portraiture, street photography, or something undefined, his work strives to highlight subjects that are often pushed to the margins.
